Village Hall Facilities

Main Hall

The main hall is ??m by ??m with a beautiful wooden floor, double glazed windows down both long sides, and two sets of double doors opening onto the play area at the front and the patio area to the rear. The other main facilities are:

A fully working stage with curtains and access via both wings
Large projection screen with a projector accessible remotely from a laptop/tablet
Excellent sound system
Free WiFi
Well appointed ladies, gents and disabled cloakrooms
A fully licensed bar with a selection of glasses, two fridges, a sink and a glass washing machine
Central heating

The hall can seat 120 in a restaurant style or 150 close seated, and up to 175(?) for dancing/informal events. Tables and chairs are available for up to 120 people at no extra cost.

Kitchen

The kitchen was refurbished in 1998 to a high standard and is regularly used to cater for village events such as the Harvest Supper and the Big Breakfast. Facilities include:

Two full-size cookers
Fridge and freezer
Microwave
Water heater for tea & coffee
Large warming cabinet
Movable preparation/serving tables
Cutlery & crockery for up to 120 place settings
Large selection of pots, pans, trays, bowls and kitchen utensils
Double sink

Meeting Room

The meeting room has a large table and can seat up to 12 people easily.

Outdoor Spaces

The rear courtyard is perfect for outdoor events such as barbeques.

The fully enclosed front play area is perfect to children to enjoy themselves and makes the hall an ideal place for birthday parties and other celebrations.

Accesibility

There is a private car park at the rear with disabled access via the main front doors.
